All products are shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging. This saves time, costs and lessens the impact on our environment. As such, it is rare that the products are broken or missing components. Please check the product assembly instructions, and then let us know immediately if you find a problem. We are very happy to exchange, refund and replace broken parts or products.
OZtrail Warranty for Australian Customers
OZtrail (www.oztrail.com.au) offer a standard 1 year manufacturers warranty against faulty workmanship for all gazebos, canopy, walls, arms, frames, struts legs and accessories. This includes a 1 year warranty in case of UV breakdown on the canopy fabric.
The OZtrail warranty is void if there is evidence of the gazebo being used as a permanent outdoor structure (eg: car port shelter). Warranty is also void if there is evidence of water ponding in the canopy (eg: it's been left out in the rain for days on end).
Coleman Warranty for Australian Customers
Coleman (www.colemanaustralia.com.au/support/Warranty-Claims.aspx) offers a 1 year warranty from the date of original retail purchase that their products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. They will repair or replace the product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value.
Coleman® products supplied in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement of refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of product and/or parts, parts that are not genuine Coleman® parts, consumables, lost parts and accessories, or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product;commercial use of the product; use contrary to the operating instructions; disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than Coleman or Coleman service centre. Further, the warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood,hurricanes and tornadoes. Warranty void if damage to the product results from the use of a part other than a genuine Coleman® part.
BlackWolf Warranty for Australian Customers
All BlackWolf® products have been crafted with great attention to detail and care using advanced technical manufacturing and materials, tried and tested to perform excellently for the activities and environments they were created for. However, errors may occur during the manufacturing process no matter how careful it is. Thus the BlackWolf Lifetime Warranty on the workmanship and materials of the entire BlackWolf range for life was created because of the company’s dedication to making certain customers make the most out of their outdoor experience.
• Warranty is valid to the original purchaser ONLY and does not cover second hand ownership or products used for commercial or hire purposes.
• Absolutely NO claim will be considered WITHOUT proof of purchase.
Limited to NO Warranty Coverage if: Purchaser fails to notify GazebosAustralia.com.au a short time after the occurrence of damage; Purchaser deliberately causing further damage to the product e.g. cutting fabric with scissors or knife (warranty is rendered void); Reasonable or excessive wear and tear; Damage as the result of mishandling by airlines or transit companies; Over-packing of a product; Heat, flame, or the natural elements; Accidental damage; Failure to adhere to care instructions; The use of chemical deodorisers or cleaners, other than pure soap flakes or wool wash; Failure to pitch a tent according to complete instructions; Pitching of tents on unstable ground.
Further Note: Approval is at the discretion of BlackWolf®. If approved the product will be repaired or replaced as appropriate. In the case of discontinued models, the faulty item will be replaced with the most similar model from the current range. How To Claim On Warranty
To save time and postage costs please take photos of the damaged part and either log a RETURN REQUEST under your account, or email us. We are often able to simply ship you a new component, rather than you having to return the whole gazebo. Much simpler and faster!
If you are not able to provide a photo of the broken part then please send the item back to:

Item must be received within 3 weeks of the order date unused and with product packaging intact and unwrapped. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Enclose a copy of your online receipt and payment method details.
Unless the stock is incorrect or faulty we do not pay for return postage nor take responsibility for parcels that do not reach us. For the return of high-value goods, we recommend that you use a registered delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), a new part will be shipped to you, or your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
