All products that we sell come with a full 1 year warranty on parts and accessories so you know that we stand by the quality of our products. The cost difference between a cheap import and a good quality gazebo is marginal anyway - usually around $30 to $50 - so it's better to buy better quality than risk your money on an inferior quality gazebo.

Our warehouse is located in the north of Sydney, in a lovely bushland setting of Mt Kuring-gai. We ship directly from our warehouse using Australian couriers and Australia Post. Shipping all around Australia, even to remote stations in the Northern Territory, is no problem and our logistics processes mean it happens quickly, so you get your gazebo sooner rather than later.

When you arrive on our website our Customer Service team are available in the Live Chat panel at the bottom right corner of the screen. This is just the same as when you walk into a real store - there's someone there to help you find the best product for your needs. So don't hesitate to ask us for information - we're waiting to help. When you make a purchase your transaction is securely processed using a GeoTrust 128 bit SSL certificate. This is technical jargon for "We don't get to see your credit card. It is processed by the bank and the data is encrypted so no human ever sees your credit card number." The bank processes the transaction and posts back into our Administration system that your payment has been accepted. At this point our logistics processes automatically take over.

When your transaction is processed it is logged in our customer tracking system and instantly distributed to the warehouse with a picking slip. Your order is then picked (we use the manufacturer's packaging so the system is faster and there's less likelihood of damage to your product), addressed and then sent out on the next available truck. We have several pickups each day from the warehouse. Your order is usually processed and on a truck within a few hours of your transaction being approved.
