Gazebo Size Guide
OZtrail Deluxe GazeboView Size Comparison Diagram
The most trusted gazebo in Australia - the OZtrail Deluxe Gazebo - now comes with a white canopy for a more corporate and polished look!
The OZtrail Deluxe Gazebo is a 3m x 3m steel frame gazebo that has been a longstanding favourite of families, traders, and Australian campers because of the following reasons:
- it is perfectly-sized
- it has unparalleled durability
- it is easy to assemble
The OZtrail Deluxe Gazebo has a ground and canopy coverage of 3m x 3m. A gazebo of this size will perfectly fit the space that is usually allowed for participants to occupy during an event! In case you are given an area that is smaller, we suggest that you check out the OZtrail Deluxe Compact.
Being part of the Deluxe range, the OZtrail Deluxe Gazebo has 30% stronger legs and struts than the OZtrail Standard Gazebo. This makes it an excellent gazebo for commercial or camping use. Its hardy construction can withstand frequent assembly and disassembly.
The OZtrail Deluxe Gazebo has a 300-denier polyester canopy. Compared to the OZtrail Standard, this canopy is thicker and heavier. A canopy of this grade is more tear-resistant and could fend off heat better. In addition to this excellent feature, the OZtrail Deluxe Gazebo's canopy is also water repellent, silvercoated, and has a UPF rating of 50 (meaning 98% of the UV rays are blocked).
White and Printable
Another plus with this version of the OZtrail Deluxe Gazebo is the colour of the canopy. Instead of the usual Navy Blue, the canopy of this gazebo is white. This will allow you to print your logo on it! If not, the pristine colour will help you create a more corporate look. Think of it as an affordable version of the OZtrail Corporate Steel Gazebo which boasts an even higher-grade canopy.
The combination of the stronger legs and thicker canopy brings the weight of the OZtrail Deluxe Gazebo up. At 27 kgs, it is 7 kilos heavier than the OZtrail Standard Gazebo. Its heavier weight increases its stability, enabling it to withstand sudden (albeit mild) weather changes and heavy foot traffic better.
Easy to Assemble
The OZtrail Deluxe Gazebo is easy to assemble! All it takes are two people. Because of the scissor-action frame, this gazebo basically pops into shape with relatively little effort. What's more is that adjusting the canopy is simple as well. Throughout the gazebo's frame, you will find straps that you can tighten to make the canopy taut (making sure the canopy is smooth and tense will help prevent water from pooling when it's raining).
The OZtrail Deluxe Gazebo has 3: 190cm, 207cm and 220cm. This will give you more options in making your stall roomier. Adjusting the height is easy work, too – just a simple click and slide maneuver on each leg and you're done!
The OZtrail Deluxe Gazebo can be fitted with wall kits and other accessories that will enhance your experience. Walls can be added to increase your privacy, while awnings and gutter systems can help you protect your goods (and customers) better. Go ahead and explore all the possibilities at out Walls and Other Accessories sections.

Gazebo Care Tips
Do a test run as soon as you receive your order. Doing so will help you spot manufacturer's defects (i.e. malfunction parts) and missing assembly parts early on. This will also allow you to become familiar with the assembly process of the product.
- Keep in mind that OZtrail Gazebos are portable and temporary structures only. They are not to be used as permanent structures (i.e. car garage). It is also not advisable to them out for extended periods of time (i.e. all winter, all summer). Doing so constitutes deliberate misuse of the product will void its warranty.
- Do not leave your OZtrail Gazebos unattended in heavy rain. During a downpour, do not let water pool in on the canopy as this might result to breakage and/or collapse of the frame.
- Ensure that all the pegs and guy ropes are taut. Also, make sure that you are using every single piece that comes with the package. This will increase the stability of your gazebo. And, in the event of a heavy downpour, remove the canopy.
- Always detach the canopy first before folding up your gazebo's frame. If you don't, there is a chance that your canopy will get caught in the struts and become damaged.
- Do not drop the gazebo on the ground when setting up.
- Do not force the gazebo open when setting up.
- Clean and dry the canopy before packing.
- The OZtrail Warranty does not cover damage from wind, rain or other forces of nature, accidental or deliberate misuse of the product. Alteration or modification of the products will void its Manufacturer's Warranty. Failure to follow the manufacturer's product user instructions will void your warranty.
OZtrail use an UVTex Suntough Polyester Canopy which is Silver Lined and provides UPF 50+ Sun Protection (Tested in Australia to block out more than 98% of UV Radiation). The canopy material is Water Repellent, meaning if there is light rain water won't pour through the material, though it may drip through the stitch lines.
In constant or heavy rain the canopy will fill up with water so keep an eye on it because if this happens your frame may collapse and damage the frame and anything, or anyone, underneath it. Once the canopy fills with water it will stretch the material and will never go back to it's original shape (so will sag and move around a lot more in the breeze).
If your gazebo or canopy gets damaged by wind or rain (or misuse) it won't be covered by the OZtrail warranty.
OZtrail Gazebos manufacture a number of gazebos that are re-branded and widely sold throughout Australia under various other brand names at major stores like Anaconda (Spinifex), Bunnings (Marquee Easy Up) and Masters Hardware (Swift Pitch), just to name a few, so if you want to compare models and prices be sure you are comparing OZtrail to OZtrail.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Hi, I'm just interested in purchasing a 3x3m white gazebo for market stall use. I just wanted to clarify something with you. My market organiser has asked that all gazebos be weighed down with leg weights and that pegs and ropes not be used (for the safety of market goers). I just wanted to confirm whether this is achievable with the marquees that you sell. Let me know when you get a chance. Kind regards. (March 2014)
A: The OZtrail gazebos can be weighed down at the corners using either Sand Bags (3 - 5kg when filled) or Base Pods (8 - 11kg when filled). The Base Pods are heavier when filled with sand or water so if your market organiser is a little particular you will probably be better with those. They come in a set of 4. You may just want to double check with the market person if they have specific requirements for the leg weights as we have heard of some markets putting minimum weight limits on what stall holders have to use.
Q: Hi there ! I'm interested in a 3m x 3m gazebo for Farmers Markets. I see in your 101 pictures of how to gazebo some with covers for the legs/poles. Can you show me where to find this on your website? I couldn't see them in accessories? (April 2014)
A: This is the link to the Leg Pole Covers. They come in a pack of 2. http://www.gazebosaustralia.com.au/oztrail-gazebo-leg-pole-with-navy-blue-cover/.
Q: I am looking at purchasing the gazebo with the white canopy. I am wondering how it is dispatched? I live on a small property which has no postal delivery, and doesn't always show up on a GPS. If it comes via other method than Australia Post, arrangements will need to be made for the delivery people to get into the property (electric gates) Thank you. (June 2014)
A: All the gazebos with White canopies are too large to go via Australia Post so we have to send them via road transport. We can request the transport company call you before delivery but there is no guarantee they will call as not all of them offer that service, especially if you are in a rural or regional area. All deliveries are door to door where possible however in some cases, Regional Areas/Remote Townships/Islands/Isolated Communities/etc (as defined by the freight company), delivery will be to nearest freight depot for customer to collect.
Q: I'm comparing 2 gazebo's - one has 300 D polyester canopy & walls and the other has 600 D cloth with PVC coating . Do you know the difference between the two and which would be more appropriate for a market food stall? (September 2014)
A: When talking about 300D canopies on the Oztrail gazebos that means it's 300 Denier, which is a measurement of weave so, the higher the Denier the thicker (and denser) the weave. The most popular gazebo we sell for use at markets is the Oztrail Deluxe 3m x 3m, which has the 300 denier canopy, as it is easy to use and comes with a wide range of accessories as well as spare parts should anything break so if you are comparing different brand gazebos you proebably should check whether other brands have spare parts available and if they have the accessories you need (as a lot of accessories won't fit other brand gazebos).
Q: Hi, Just enquiring about the White OZtrail gazebo. Can you tell me if that's the whole gazebo (frame included) or is it just a replacement top? And also are these completely waterproof as I have seen a few gazebo's online from others that are only water resistant. Thanks! (November 2014)
A: The White Gazebo (3m x 3m OZtrail Deluxe Gazebo with White Canopy) is the complete gazebo (including carry bag). The material used on the canopy is classed as "water-repellant" which basically means in a little bit of rain there should be no issue however if there is heavy constant rain water may seep through and more importantly, water may fill up in the canopy and collapse the frame. All OZtrail gazebos are designed for portable use only and not designed to be left up in heavy or constant rain or windy weather.
Q: Can you please advise how long it would take to ship this product to Melbourned?
- Natalie (November 2015)
A: We have plenty of those items in stock at the moment so, depending on what time of the day you order, it is usually shipped within one working day or receipt of order (and delivery instructions).
Delivery time will vary depending on your exact location. Delivery time to Melbourne Metro area is generally 3 – 5 working days so there is a chance it would arrive by friday but we couldn’t guarantee it as once the transport company gets it it’s out of our hands.

Shipping and Delivery Information
As you can imagine, delivering gazebos can be challenging for couriers and Australia Post due to size and weight. We will send your order with the company we believe will be best suited based on the products ordered, delivery location, price and expected delivery time. This is calculated on a per order basis, meaning we check every single order to ensure it is sent to you via the best possible service method.
Freight prices are charged based on the physical or cubic weight of the package, whichever is higher, and for delivery via E-Go Road Transport. In some cases we may end up sending the order via Australia Post or on a different freight company (Direct Freight, Fastway Couriers, Brizfreight, etc) if we find their prices to be cheaper and/or their delivery time to be quicker to your location.
If we use a different freight company and we find their charges to be cheaper we will refund the freight amount you have been overcharged. Check our customer reviews and testimonials; you'll find that our customers often comment on shipping refunds as we find better methods of delivery.
We only charge what it costs us for freight, packaging and handling - We don't add on extra costs to the delivery charge to make money off our customers.
If you have any questions regarding the cost of delivery to you then please feel free to contact us to discuss your options.
